Paper Towns
If you've read my reviews for the other John Green novels I've read, you can probably do a fairly good job of predicting what I'm about to say here. This book was not as good as The Fault In Our Stars, but it should not be surprising to you that I feel this way. This book was my favorite John Green novel since I read TFIOS.Of course, Paper Towns isn't perfect. Books rarely are. And it is equally true that, in many ways, this book is almost identical to Green's previous novels (I say previous because TFIOS was written after Paper Towns, which makes it exempt from this particular criticism). Honestly, I don't really care, because even though it's a formula, it's a pretty good one. If you do care and want to pick only one of Green's first three novels to read, I would recommend making it this one.
